This item has a 90 day lead time. It folds in a snap! To make the Carrie Seat positioning chair mobile, the seat is easily set into the Rover base and secured with one "click". The Carrie Rover has been dynamically crash-tested for use on school buses with standard forward-facing tie-down systems (Q'Straint for example).
