The KAYE large T-Table and companion T-Seat are shown here. They adjust to accommodate children of various ages for sitting and hand use.
Occupational and physical therapists emphasize the importance of an adjustable height work surface to develop proficiency in reach, grasp and prehension. The KAYE Preschool table permits a sitting or standing child to be positioned at the optimal distance from the table. This helps maintain proximal stability of the head and trunk, insures free movement of the scapula and humerus, and develops arm and wrist control for precise hand use.
