Damaged Shipment

Be sure to examine every shipping carton upon arrival for torn or crushed cardboard! This is usually a sign of possible damage from rough handling.

You may either refuse to accept the cartons or sign for them as damaged containers by writing "damaged" on the bill of lading or signature line and having the driver initial it to acknowledge the carton damage.

If you open the carton and find damage, please contact Adaptivemall.com Customer Service by Email at info@adaptivemall.com, Phone (1-800-371-2778) or FAX (1-315-429-8862), and we will arrange for a replacement inspection and insurance claim. You must save the damaged shipping cartons to be inspected when you return the damaged product.
