Standard Shipments are sent via commercial ground carriers such as UPS, FedEx, etc. Your order will travel by regular ground service which usually takes 3-10 working days for delivery once your order leaves the warehouse. Please note that not all items are in stock, many are made to order and may take longer before they are ready to leave the warehouse.

Air Service Next Day Air, 2nd Day Service, or 3rd Day Service shipping charges will be emailed before your credit card is charged. Please monitor your email and reply as soon as possible so your order is not delayed. Your order will not be processed until you authorize the shipping charges.

World Shipping charges to Hawaii, Alaska, and all APO Addresses will be emailed for each specific order before your credit card is charged. For International Customers, Adaptivemall.com will pay for shipping your order to the US domestic port of departure (within the 48 contiguous US) as if you were a domestic customer.
