Guarantee
If you are concerned about the fit or appropriateness of equipment ("will it work or not"), don't worry. We Guarantee that you will be satisfied with what you buy from Adaptivemall.com. You have the right to a 30-Day trial, which starts the day you receive your products. If the equipment does not work out, you need to contact us within those 30 days and we will process the return for you.
As long as the equipment is returned in new condition, we refund your money for the cost of the products. Guaranteed!
There are certain things you must do in the event of a return.
1) You must keep your carton and packing materials for safe transport! Please carefully repack the items so they are secure and tight inside the box.
2) You must have return instructions and a return authorization number. Email us or call us for return instructions and a return authorization code. It must be unused and in the condition you received it in. It must be complete with all warranty cards, original box, and instructions. If it isn't in new condition you will be charged a restocking and/or re-boxing fee based on the missing items and its condition. If you refuse the delivery of a package without prior consent, you'll be charged for return shipping.
3) You will be responsible for the return freight.
4) International customers are also responsible for shipping the return item to the address of origin also with an return authorization number and in the original packaging as above.
5) For the health and welfare of others, we regret that we cannot allow toileting or bathing/shower product returns because of sanitary and personal hygiene reasons.
Of course, if you receive a defective product or an order that is in some way our error, Adaptivemall.com will pay for the return shipping expense. Otherwise, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
