The Otto Bock Eco-Buggy mobility Base combines a heavy duty frame with optional tie down anchors (sold separately) to become a bus transportable stroller for children with special needs. Featuring spring-mounted twin roller wheels with swivel front wheel locks, the Eco-Buggy pediatric special needs stroller can be pushed over rougher terrain more easily than some systems with single swivel wheels.

An excellent alternative to a heavy wheelchair, families will welcome the Otto Bock Eco-Buggy special needs stroller for quick excursions. With little effort, the Eco-Buggy mobility base folds compactly like an umbrella style stroller for transport in the trunk of a car. The Eco-Buggy pediatric special needs stroller features an adjustable seat angle from 90° - 110° and a height adjustable footrest with divided foot plates that flip away for transfers.

Available in one size, the Otto Bock Eco-Buggy Mobility Base offers years of growth, supporting up to 110 lbs. (50 kg). The basic Eco-Buggy special needs stroller will provide adequate support for a child with mild to moderate physical involvement. With optional accessories, additional support can be given to the head, trunk and feet.


Please note: Optional tie down anchors may be purchased separately to allow use of the Eco-Buggy Mobility Base as a bus transportable stroller in compliance with WC-19 standards. The Eco-Buggy pediatric special needs stroller cannot be used as a bus transportable stroller without Otto Bock tie down anchors approved for use with this system.


Please note: The Eco-Buggy Seat Back Height is only 21.5". If you need a taller Seat Back Height, consider the NEW Special Tomato EIO Stroller or the Special Tomato Jogger Stroller".

    For International Customers, Adaptivemall.com will pay for shipping your order to the US domestic port of departure (within the 48 contiguous US) as if you were a domestic customer.     Receiving Dock
    Do you have a Receiving Dock? Due to the cumbersome size and weight of certain products (For example: Beds By George products), the manufacturer requires a Moving Company deliver these products indoors for an additional charge. Curbside delivery is included. However, if we will be delivering to a school or facility with a receiving dock, please let us know and other arrangements can be made.

    Moving Company delivery is for safety and costs an extra $275.00. This delivery service includes:

    There are certain things you must do in the event of a return.

    1) Keep your original carton and packing materials for safe transport! Please carefully repack the items in their original packaging so they are secure and tight inside the box. Utilize any plastic bags that came with your order - they protect items from vibration during shipping.

    2) Contact us within 30 days of the receipt of the products. Email us or call us for return instructions and a Return Authorization number.

    You must have a Return Authorization number to ensure that your return is processed.


    Some important notes about returns:
