The Kaye Anterior Chest Support Walkers were specifically designed for children who are able to support weight on their legs and take steps, but lack the ability to use the upper extremities for walking with more traditional walkers. The Chest Support walkers are a wonderful tool for assisting children with more severe levels of spasticity, spastic-athetosis, or ataxia.

The Kaye Anterior Chest Support Walker model KY2S is recommended for children approximately 2 to 7 years old with a floor to elbow height of 21.5" to 30" (53.75 - 75 cm). The chest support system stabilizes the trunk to allow children to feel secure and in full control when walking. It eliminates the need for the arms to support the child’s weight as is required on the handles of other walkers. The result is a walker that helps improve balance, strength, endurance, and safety while optimizing children’s confidence and independence.

The Kaye Anterior Chest Support Walker is light-weight and folds easy for quick storage and transport. Best of all, the walker features numerous adjustments that make it simple to use for multiple users in therapy or school settings.

The Kaye Swivel Limiters can be added to limit movement of the swivel wheels on any Kaye Posture Control or Anterior Chest Support Walker. Without the Swivel Limiter the Swivel Wheels can swivel 360 degrees. Adding this accessory limits the amount of swivel for users who cannot manage free swiveling.

The adjustable resistance one-way ratchet rear wheels provide resistance to the forward motion of the Kaye Posture Control and Anterior Chest Support Walkers. These wheel kits can be retrofitted to all Kaye "B", "C", "H" or "Y" frame walkers. This accessory is useful for children who have difficulty slowing the walker and their walking speed. Receiving Dock Do you have a Receiving Dock? Due to the cumbersome size and weight of certain products (For example: Item #A5568-05 - Vestibulator III & Item #A5568-10 - Vestibulator IV) the manufacturer requires a Moving Company deliver these products if you do not have a receiving dock!.





Receiving Dock delivery is for safety and costs an extra $275.00. This delivery service includes:

  • Removal of rubbish.
