Leckey Prone Standers
The Leckey Pronestander has been designed to meet the constantly changing demands of children with special needs. With Leckey’s signature high quality design, the Leckey Pronestander continues to be one of therapists’ favorite standing frames.
The Pronestander is available in three sizes that are sure to provide a secure and stabile fit for individuals from age 2 years to adult. The Prone Stander Size 1 is an appropriate stander for children approximately 31.5" - 41" (78.75-102.5 cm) or 2 to 6 years old. The Pronestander Size 2 is appropriate for children approximately 41" - 55" (102.5-137.5 cm) or 6 to 12 years old. The Pronestander Size 3 is appropriate for individuals approximately 55" - 73" (137.5-182.5 cm) or 12 years to adult. (Please note that these are height approximations based on averages of normal development from childhood to adulthood.)
We know the importance of proper positioning. If you are unsure as to what size you need, our therapists can help ensure that a proper fit is made between your child and the product you are considering. We have an experienced OT and PT on staff to work with you and your therapist for that very reason. Please also include a measurement from the feet to the chest in inches (centimeters).
