Leckey Pal Pommel

The Pommel is designed to keep the user’s legs separated while sitting. This is especially important for users who have increased muscle tone in their hip adductors- muscles that pull legs together or even cross legs (scissoring). 

Bringing legs together/scissoring is a part of the extensor thrusting pattern. By preventing the legs from scissoring and keeping them separated, the extensor thrusting pattern is weakened.
