The Snug Seat Manatee Bath Seat Size 2 is a tilt-in-space and reclining bath chair for children approximately age 6 years to teenage years with special needs. With the included headrest/lateral supports, hip belt and angle adjustable features, the Manatee pediatric bath chair is sure to provide the right support for children with mild to more severe levels of physical involvement.

The Snug Seat Manatee pediatric special needs bath seat features independently adjustable back and lower leg supports that allow for horizontal or upright positioning. A variety of angle adjustments can be made to both supports to reposition the seat to accommodate your child’s specific support needs.

The seat depth adjusts on both Manatee bath seat sizes to grow with your child. The seat itself is attached to a set of adjustable legs that provide a height adjustment of 5"-16.75" (13-43 cm) from the tub floor. This height adjustment capability serves to decrease caregiver back strain and promote proper body mechanics and overall safety.

The Manatee Bath Seat cover is made of Latex-Free, anti-microbial materials that are heavy duty and easy-to-clean. The rust resistant legs contain non-skid padding that will provide a stable and safe surface even when wet.

    The Manatee Tub Slider Frame is manufactured by Nuprodx Inc. for Snug Seat to provide a tub slider solution for users of the Manatee Bath Seat. The Tub Slider Frame comes with a Rolling Frame Portion that the Manatee Bath Seat securely locks into. This makes transfers from a bedroom to the bathroom much safer since the user is wheeled instead of carried. The Rolling Frame then locks into a Bridge that is attached to the Tub Frame Portion that sits inside the tub. The Tub Frame is secured to the tub with suction cups.
