Shoe Platforms are shaped like shoes and are made from Tumble Forms materials with rigid reinforcement for firmness. The forgiving nature of the Tumble Forms material helps accommodate high muscle tone. The "Shoes" are adjustable in three directions. First, independently in planer movement to change dorsi-flexion and plantar-flexion. Second, they adjust independently laterally so as to abduct or adduct. Thirdly, they adjust as a pair forward and backward to vary knee flexion. Two straps are provided to wrap the real shoes in place.
