Slider Bath/Shower Chairs
The Slider is a rolling shower chair and tub frame that eliminates the need for costly bathroom renovations. Until now, caregivers and parents of individuals with special needs have had to make as many as six or more transfers to get a child or adult from a wheelchair to the bathtub. No more!
The Slider is available in three sizes and will easily support a person with mild to more severe levels of physical involvement weighing up to 300 lbs. (136 kg). The target age level for the Slider rolling bath chair is 12 years to older adult.
The Slider bath chair and transfer system provides exceptional support for individuals with such medical conditions as Spina Bifida (latex free), Muscular Dystrophy, Cerebral Palsy, stroke, heart conditions, and many more.
The Slider, Wide Slider, and Extra Wide Slider can be used in the bathtub, shower, over the toilet, or as a free-standing commode. The Tilt-In-Space Slider can be used as a bath chair, shower chair, or a free-standing commode. It cannot be used over a toilet due to the length of the rolling chassis base.
