The Small Rifton Blue Wave Toilet Seat is a comfortable and easy-to-use seat for children with special needs approximately 1 to 8 years old. Each Blue Wave Toilet Seat is made of latex-free polypropylene with a chemical and water resistant surface that is hygienic, making it simple to clean. The Rifton Blue Wave Toilet Seat can fit onto toilets up to 17" wide.

Positioning children with special needs has never been so easy. The seat is designed with a 5° backward slope to encourage good positioning. The seat’s ergonomic design centers the child’s hips over the toilet while the hip strap provides additional stability.

The soft cover with built-in deflector can be easily removed for cleaning. The armrests aid in proper upright positioning, and can be easily removed for cleaning and transfers on/off the toilet seat. An extra mounting bar, a second mounting bar can be purchased for trips to a relative’s house. The seat is small and lightweight enough for transporting to another caregiver’s house for maintaining consistent toileting programs. The Blue Wave Toilet Seat can be easily removed and fastened to the other mounting bar.

The Toilet Seat can be easily removed from either the Mounting Bar or the Rolling Frame.     The Mounting Bar is easy to install and can be left on the toilet when it is not being used with the Rifton Blue Wave Toilet Seat. It is small enough that it will not get in the way of others using the toilet. Having an extra Mounting Bar will let you keep one at Grandma’s house or the babysitters house. All you need to bring with you is the light-weight Rifton Blue Wave Toilet Seat. The Mounting Bar is usable for toilets 14½" or narrower at the seat bolts. The Mounting Bar holes are designed for bolts up to ½" diameter, spaced anywhere from 5½" to 7¼" apart.

It comes with one chest strap and lateral headblocks. The Standard Fabric is a vinyl-covered nylon that is porous to allow air circulation and for rinsing off your child if needed. The Textaline fabric stays taut to provide firm support. The Back is angle adjustable 5° or 15° backwards, and 5° forward (from vertical). It also has two depths to choose from.
