The Thomashilfen Quick Hi/Low Indoor/Outdoor Frame Only offers seat height adjustments with touch of a gas-spring pedal. The JAZZ EASyS Seating System securely locks onto the Quick Hi/Low Indoor/Outdoor Stroller/Pushchair Frame. The Hi/Low mechanism has a foot-operated gas spring assist that lets you adjust your child’s seat-to-floor height (13.2" - 25.2"/33.5 - 64 cm) easily to accommodate various table-top heights. The gas spring height adjustment is also a great feature to have outside for increasing peer interaction on the playground. The base is 26.2" wide x 34.3" long (66.5 x 87 cm).
