The Axiom Endeavour Indoor/Outdoor Push Chair from Adaptive Star is an all-terrain, 3-wheeled jogging style mobility system for older children and young adults. It is designed to take you where no other ability pushchair can follow. The Improv is offered in 3 sizes and accommodates riders with mild to moderate physical limitations from approximately 9 years old and 50 in. (127 cm) tall through young adults approximately 68 in. (172 cm) tall. Maximum weight capacity is 250 lbs.

The Endeavour’s single action fold and easy open facilitates transport of the push chair. The Endeavour comes standard with quick release 16 in. alloy wheels and pneumatic tires. The front wheel is fixed to make moving over rough terrain-grass, gravel, sand and up over curbs-easy. An optional Front Swivel Wheel Axis Kit is also available for the Endeavour. The Axis Kit Frame fits into the fork which holds the front wheel. It provides the framework for two 8 in. swivel front wheels that deliver exceptional maneuverability on indoor surfaces and pavement. Please Note: The swivel wheel axis kit is not designed for running or use on gravel or grass surfaces.

The Endeavour also comes standard with a sophisticated 5-point harness system to secure the rider’s position in the seat. The seat has an adjustable back for fully upright sitting and reclines up to 30 degrees. The Endeavour offers significant growth potential with individually height adjustable foot wells and an elevated calf rest. The sun canopy that shields from every angle is also standard. Unlike most all terrain strollers designed with a single handbrake, Adaptive Star with its focus on safety, has also included a rear footbrake. This footbrake serves as a parking brake to keep the chair stationary while transferring the rider into and out of the seat. The reflective fabric of the stroller is another great safety feature. The height adjustable push handle ensures caregiver comfort.

The whole Axiom equipment line is an exceptionally designed series of pediatric/young adult Indoor/Outdoor Mobility Push Chairs. Similar to the Endeavour but with a fixed foot rest and 90 degree bend at the knee is the Axiom Improv. The Axiom Lassen is a 4-wheeled all-terrain push chair with swivel front wheels.
