The small arm prompt pad is 4.5" x 7"; adjustment range is 8" - 12.5" from elbow to the handle.

The large arm prompt pad is 5" x 8.5"; adjustment range is 10.5" - 16" from elbow to the handle.

The Rifton Pacer Arm Prompt Set is designed with adjustments to make sure that it will accommodate multiple positions required by different individuals including: height, rotation, angle, width placement on the pacer mounting bar, forward and backward. The Right & Left Arm Prompts can be set individually to accommodate different needs on the right and left side of the body. The Rifton Pacer Arm Prompt Sets can be positioned in 3 ways to provide different types of support:
    1) The Rifton Pacer Arm Prompt Set can be attached to the side of the Pacer frame, at elbow height just below the shoulders to assist with weight-bearing.
    2) The Rifton Pacer Arm Prompt Set can be attached to the front of the Pacer frame, to support the individual in a forward-leaning posture.
    3) The Rifton Pacer Arm Prompt Set can be attached at the front of the Pacer frame and angled up to encourage the individual to actively lift their head and trunk.

    The Large Size Rifton Pacer Arm Prompt Set works with the Medium & Large Size Pacer Frames only.

Shipping
Standard Shipments are sent via commercial ground carriers such as UPS, FedEx, etc. Your order will travel by regular ground service which usually takes 3-10 working days for delivery once your order leaves the warehouse. Please note that not all items are in stock, many are made to order and may take longer before they are ready to leave the warehouse.



Air Service
Next Day Air, 2nd Day Service, or 3rd Day Service shipping charges will be emailed before your credit card is charged. Please monitor your email and reply as soon as possible so your order is not delayed. Your order will not be processed until you authorize the shipping charges.





World
Shipping charges to Hawaii, Alaska, and all APO Addresses will be emailed for each specific order before your credit card is charged. Please monitor your email and reply as soon as possible so your order is not delayed. Your order will not be processed until you authorize the shipping charges.

For International Customers, Adaptivemall.com will pay for shipping your order to the US domestic port of departure (within the 48 contiguous US) as if you were a domestic customer. Not all products can be shipped internationally, and shipments to certain countries may not be available.


Receiving Dock
Do you have a Receiving Dock? Due to the cumbersome size and weight of certain products (For example: Beds By George products), the manufacturer requires a Moving Company deliver these products indoors for an additional charge. Curbside delivery is included. However, if we will be delivering to a school or facility with a receiving dock, please let us know and other arrangements can be made.





Sinature Required
Signature Required for Delivery Adaptivemall.com requires a signature for items valued at $250 or over. Please be aware that these items will not be delivered without adult signature.







Moving Company delivery is for safety and costs an extra $275.00. This delivery service includes:

  • Delivery by a moving company.

  • The movers will consolidate the order.

  • Delivery inside to room of choice.

  • Removal of rubbish.

  • Light assembly services

**For the health and welfare of others, we regret that we cannot allow toileting or bathing/shower product returns because of sanitary and personal hygiene reasons. Some manufacturers will not permit returns on certain products. Please check with Customer Service if you have any questions.

There are certain things you must do in the event of a return.

1) Keep your original carton and packing materials for safe transport! Please carefully repack the items in their original packaging so they are secure and tight inside the box. Utilize any plastic bags that came with your order - they protect items from vibration during shipping.

2) Contact us within 30 days of the receipt of the products. Email us or call us for return instructions and a Return Authorization number.

You must have a Return Authorization number to ensure that your return is processed.


Some important notes about returns:
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. To protect yourself, use a delivery service that has a tracking # and insurance. A refund will not be given on merchandise that is lost by the carrier.


  • If you paid a shipping fee on your original order for expedited, international or other shipping it is Non-Refundable even upon return of your order.


  • Please note that returns may go back to a different location than they originated from. If you return an item to our warehouse in New York without a Return Authorization Number the cost we incur to ship the item to the manufacturer's warehouse on your behalf will be deducted from the amount of your credit, if any.
