Due to an accounting system upgrade, we will suspend order processing beginning Friday, August 27 at 4:00pm EST.  We will resume normal order processing on Wednesday, September 1.  Orders placed online during this time will be processed in the order they are received. Note: Live Chat, phone calls and emails will not be answered from 5:00pm EST on Friday August 27th until 8:30am EST on Wednesday, September 1st.

As an essential service, we are fortunate to be able to fully serve our customers during this difficult time. We are still working hard to help you find the equipment that you need, especially now that most children are home due to the social distancing that is a reality for our whole country.

At this time, most of our manufacturers are continuing to operate as normal however, due to COVID delays, some orders may take an estimated 2-3 weeks to ship to you. We will email you tracking once the manufacturer has shipped out the item. If we are made aware of any exceptions, we will let you know the specifics of any delays on individual item pages.

UPS & FedEx continue to suspend ALL service guarantees! Please be aware that several shipping companies are experiencing shipment delivery delays due to mandatory closures at the state level for different parts of the USA. This may increase the time it takes for your products to reach you and expedited shipments are not guaranteed. If you need a product delivered quickly, please contact us via one of the methods below and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline. Many manufacturers are seeing delays in receiving raw materials to make their products to have them available for you, our customers.
