There are certain things you must do in the event of a return.
1) Keep your original carton and packing materials for safe transport! Please carefully repack the items in their original packaging so they are secure and tight inside the box. Utilize any plastic bags that came with your order - they protect items from vibration during shipping.
2) Contact us within 30 days of the receipt of the products. Email us or call us for return instructions and a Return Authorization number.
You must have a Return Authorization number to ensure that your return is processed.
Some important notes about returns:- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. To protect yourself, use a delivery service that has a tracking # and insurance. A refund will not be given on merchandise that is lost by the carrier.
- If you paid a shipping fee on your original order for expedited, international or other shipping it is Non-Refundable even upon return of your order.
- Please note that returns may go back to a different location than they originated from. If you return an item to our warehouse in New York without a Return Authorization Number the cost we incur to ship the item to the manufacturer's warehouse on your behalf will be deducted from the amount of your credit, if any.
If the item cannot be made re-sellable you have the option of:
1. Paying to have the item delivered back to you.
2. Adjustment to credit for a 25% Disposal Fee.

The R82 Flamingo is a versatile Bath/Shower/Toilet Chair designed to support children and young adults with mild to significant postural support needs, weighing up to 154 lbs (70 kg). Available in four sizes, its hygienic, 100% waterproof design features an adjustable seat tilt and backrest angle for optimal postural support. The lightweight seat makes the Flamingo a flexible solution for use at home or while traveling.

In Step 1 select the Size and Base for your Flamingo. Refer to the Size Chart Section to ensure a proper fit with room for growth. Base options can be viewed in the Photo Gallery.
Here are your Base options:
- Hi-Low Base with Footrest- adjusts in height to fit over the toilet and to provide ergonomic caregiving
- Mobile Base with Footrest- folds for storage and transportation
- Suction Cups- for safe and stable mounting in the bath tub
- Direct Toilet Mount- for mounting the Flamingo on an ordinary toilet
- Direct Toilet Mount with Footrest
- Potty Frame- low frame for shower or potty training (for size 1 & 2 seats ONLY)
In Step 2 select Pelvic/Trunk Support.
- Seat Belt with Plastic Lock- This is a durable seat belt with a plastic lock that helps keep the user securely fastened in the seat.
- H-Harness with Plastic Lock- The H-Harness has a plastic lock to easily release the user from the harness. The H-Harness provides added stabilization over both shoulders and helps to improve upright sitting.
- Neoprene Hip Belt- Supports the pelvis and provides a pull down or back to maintain proper pelvic position. Easy tension adjustment with D-Ring System and side release buckle. Please refer to Photo Gallery for picture and Measuring Guide. Using Measuring Guide L= 10.6”-14.6” (27-37 cm) for Size 1; L= 12.2”-16.5” (31-42 cm) for Size 2
In Step 3 you can select Vest Options to assist with trunk positioning.
- Vest- made of mesh that securely supports the upper body by providing a firm but flexible hold against the chest and the sides of the trunk. Helpful for users with poor trunk/postural control. Suitable for both bathing and toileting situations. The vest has a zipper and 6 fixation straps for easy fixation and removal. Measurements correspond to measurement illustration in photo gallery.
Size 0: A=1.25 x B=2.5 x C=5.5 x D=3.5 x E=11 inches
Size 0.75: A=1.5 x B=2.5 x C=5.5 x D=4.25 x E=11 inches
Size 1: A=2.25 x B=2.5 x C=7 x D=5 x E=13.25 inches
Size 2: A=2.5 x B=3.5 x C=9.25 x D=5.5 x E=15.5 inches

- Fixed Side Supports with covers are width and height adjustable. They provide additional lateral (side) support to promote a well-aligned, midline, upright sitting posture. They are SOLD as a PAIR.
Size 1: 4.5 in. x 2.75 in. (11.4x7cm)
Size 2: 4.5 in. x 5.5 in. (11.4x14cm)
- The Flamingo Swing-Away Laterals provide support for midline alignment of the trunk. They are SOLD INDIVIDUALLY. They easily swing out of the way during transfers.
- BRACKETS: Standard or Offset. The Offset Bracket has the rotation axis with push button release moved back out of the way of the user’s arm movement. Please refer to labeled pictures in photo gallery.
- STRAIGHT BAR lengths: 3.75 in. or 6.25 in. These bars will determine the distance from the seat back to the curved lateral support pad. A larger person with greater trunk girth (a circumferential measurement around the trunk) will require the longer bar. A thinner person will be best suited with the shorter bar.
- CURVED PADS in 3 sizes: (1) 2.75 in. H x 7.5 in. L (2) 2.5 in. H x 6.5 in L (3) 2.5 in. H x 5.75 in. Please refer to pictures in photo gallery.
In Step 5 you can select Head Rest Options to assist with positioning of the user’s head. Measurements correspond to measurement illustration in photo gallery.
Style 1: A=4", B=4.5", C=4.5"= Narrow head support with deep sides. Well suited for smaller users that need side support.
Style 2: A=4", B=6.25", C=4.25"= Wider head support with deep sides. Well suited for users that need side support.
Style 3: A=4", B=5", C=5.75". D=3"= Narrow head support with big sloping sides. Well suited for users with poor head control.
Style 4: A=4", B=5.75", C=2.75"= Wide head support with small sides for users with better head control. Especially used for neck support.
Each headrest includes mounting hardware and your choice of a 5” or 10” Turtle Bar System. The Headrests are made from Blue PU (polyurethane) Foam.
Optional accessories can be purchased to provide added support for children with moderate to severe physical involvement, and can be easily removed for those with fewer support needs.
