As long as the equipment is returned in new, re-saleable condition, within 30 days of the Return Authorization we will refund your original purchase cost without any re-stock fee!
**For the health and welfare of others, we regret that we cannot allow toileting or bathing/shower product returns because of sanitary and personal hygiene reasons. Some manufacturers will not permit returns on certain products. Due to the custom, hand-made nature of Beds by George products, beds and accessories are not returnable. Please check with Customer Service if you have any questions.
There are certain things you must do in the event of a return.- Keep your original carton and packing materials for safe transport! Please carefully repack the items in their original packaging so they are secure and tight inside the box. Utilize any plastic bags that came with your order - they protect items from vibration during shipping.
- Contact us within 30 days of the receipt of the products. Email us or call us for return instructions and a Return Authorization number.
You must have a Return Authorization number to ensure that your return is processed.
Some important notes about returns:- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. To protect yourself, use a delivery service that has a tracking # and insurance. A refund will not be given on merchandise that is lost by the carrier.
- If you paid a shipping fee on your original order for expedited, international or other shipping it is Non-Refundable even upon return of your order.
- Please note that returns may go back to a different location than they originated from. If you return an item to our warehouse in New York without a Return Authorization Number the cost we incur to ship the item to the manufacturer's warehouse on your behalf will be deducted from the amount of your credit, if any.
If the item cannot be made re-sellable you have the option of:- Paying to have the item delivered back to you.
- Adjustment to credit for a 25% Disposal Fee.

The Rifton Hand Anchors are used to provide hand support for one or two hands during functional activities. The Rifton Hand Anchors were design with a strong plastic to give the product a long life for several years of use. The Rifton Hand Anchors come in six different styles and attach to a flat surface with 4" diameter suction cups that are industrial-strength. The Rifton Hand Anchors will not slip or shift when properly secured to a smooth and clean surface.
Important Note From Rifton: Hand Anchors are short-term positioning aids and are not intended for primary standing support or transfers.
In Required Step 1, you will choose which Hand Anchor you will need for the Right Hand. If you do not need a Hand Anchor for the Right Hand, simply select "No Thank You". Please refer to the Size Chart tab for help with measurements and sizing.
In Required Step 2, you will choose which Hand Anchor you will need for the Left Hand. If you do not need a Hand Anchor for the Left Hand, simply select "No Thank You". Please refer to the Size Chart tab for help with measurements and sizing.

Grab Bar | The horizontal grab bar attaches to any smooth, horizontal surface to assist in functional activities. It can be used to stabilize both hands at once. |

Elbow Anchor | The elbow Anchor provides stability to the forearm while leaving the hands free for functional activities. It can also reduce abnormal posturing of the shoulder girdle by maintaining the elbow position. |

Wrist Anchor | For a more secure handhold and to help maintain hand placement, the wrist Anchor includes a wrist strap and pad. |

Horizontal Anchor | The versatile horizontal Anchor is ideal for clients who can grasp more easily with their forearm pronated. Attach to any smooth table or tray surface for stability and positioning. |

Arm Anchor - Small & Large | The padded arm Anchor stabilizes the forearm. The handgrip extends and rotates to any angle to meet multiple positioning needs. |
