As long as the equipment is returned in new, re-saleable condition, within 30 days of the Return Authorization we will refund your original purchase cost without any re-stock fee!
**For the health and welfare of others, we regret that we cannot allow toileting or bathing/shower product returns because of sanitary and personal hygiene reasons. Some manufacturers will not permit returns on certain products. Due to the custom, hand-made nature of Beds by George products, beds and accessories are not returnable. Please check with Customer Service if you have any questions.
There are certain things you must do in the event of a return.
1) Keep your original carton and packing materials for safe transport! Please carefully repack the items in their original packaging so they are secure and tight inside the box. Utilize any plastic bags that came with your order - they protect items from vibration during shipping.
2) Contact us within 30 days of the receipt of the products. Email us or call us for return instructions and a Return Authorization number.
You must have a Return Authorization number to ensure that your return is processed.
Some important notes about returns:
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. To protect yourself, use a delivery service that has a tracking # and insurance. A refund will not be given on merchandise that is lost by the carrier.
If you paid a shipping fee on your original order for expedited, international or other shipping it is Non-Refundable even upon return of your order.
Please note that returns may go back to a different location than they originated from. If you return an item to our warehouse in New York without a Return Authorization Number the cost we incur to ship the item to the manufacturer's warehouse on your behalf will be deducted from the amount of your credit, if any.
If the item cannot be made re-sellable you have the option of:
1. Paying to have the item delivered back to you. 2. Adjustment to credit for a 25% Disposal Fee.

The Thomashilfen Swifty and Swifty 2 are compact folding, light-weight, crash-tested adaptive strollers for children with special needs. Their slender profile and exceptional maneuverability are appealing to all families on the go, but they are especially attractive to city dwellers who rely on public transportation or taxis to move from place to place. Both Swifty models combine the firm, comfortable support provided by a solid aluminum seat pan and back with a rugged aluminum frame. Durable without excessive weight, they can be folded quickly and easily and stowed in any trunk. Both Swifty models also come standard with a Bus Tie-Down Kit comprised of 4 tie down loops to be used in a vehicle equipped with 4 SAE J2249-compliant wheelchair tie down assemblies.*
Designed for children who have mild to moderate positioning needs, the Swifty and Swifty 2 come standard with an H-Style Chest Harness with Integrated Hip Belt which provides support for children who need minimal anterior support to maintain their trunk in an upright position. One size adjusts to fit all users. Upgrades to chest support and pelvic support are available in the accessory section. Chairs are set at a fixed tilt,15 degrees for the Swifty and 20 degrees for the Swifty 2. The seat back is adjustable from 90 degrees (upright) to 115 degrees recline controlled by a single, simple lever. Seat depth on the Swifty is easily adjustable without tools to accommodate growth. The Seat Depth on the Swifty 2 is fixed. An optional Seat Minimizer Kit can be purchased to offer even greater growth potential to both push chairs. The flip-up footplate is height adjustable. Push Bar is angle adjustable for caregiver’s comfort and the one step foot operated brake was designed for ease of use.
The Swifty accommodates children up to 77 lbs. (kg). The Swifty 2 accommodates children up to 110 lbs. (50 kg) and 59.1in. (150 cm) tall. Due to its low weight and swivel front wheels, this adaptive stroller is particularly maneuverable despite the high maximum load capacity.
