As long as the equipment is returned in new, re-saleable condition, within 30 days of the Return Authorization we will refund your original purchase cost without any re-stock fee!
**For the health and welfare of others, we regret that we cannot allow toileting or bathing/shower product returns because of sanitary and personal hygiene reasons. Some manufacturers will not permit returns on certain products. Due to the custom, hand-made nature of Beds by George products, beds and accessories are not returnable. Please check with Customer Service if you have any questions.
There are certain things you must do in the event of a return.
1) Keep your original carton and packing materials for safe transport! Please carefully repack the items in their original packaging so they are secure and tight inside the box. Utilize any plastic bags that came with your order - they protect items from vibration during shipping.
2) Contact us within 30 days of the receipt of the products. Email us or call us for return instructions and a Return Authorization number.
You must have a Return Authorization number to ensure that your return is processed.
Some important notes about returns:
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. To protect yourself, use a delivery service that has a tracking # and insurance. A refund will not be given on merchandise that is lost by the carrier.
If you paid a shipping fee on your original order for expedited, international or other shipping it is Non-Refundable even upon return of your order.
Please note that returns may go back to a different location than they originated from. If you return an item to our warehouse in New York without a Return Authorization Number the cost we incur to ship the item to the manufacturer's warehouse on your behalf will be deducted from the amount of your credit, if any.
If the item cannot be made re-sellable you have the option of:
1. Paying to have the item delivered back to you. 2. Adjustment to credit for a 25% Disposal Fee.

The Thomashilfen Hercules Prime Booster Car Seat picks up where other adaptive car seats leave off. When an adaptive car seat becomes too small or more support in sitting is required for safety and comfort, this special needs/adaptive booster seat grows with your child for years to come.
The Thomashilfen Hercules Prime Booster Car Seat is for children, young people and adults who weigh between 40 lbs. and 176.4 lbs. (18.1 and 80 kg) AND whose height is between 51.1 in. and 70.9 in. (130 and 180 cm). The user must always be secured with the Vehicle's 3-Point Safety Belt. Integrated 5-point harness provides positioning support only.
The Thomashilfen Hercules Prime Booster Car Seat is equipped with Isofix (model Seatfix) LATCH. This is an internationally standardized fastening system for children’s car seats. Corresponding LATCH anchor points are firmly connected to the vehicle bodywork.* Children’s car/booster seats can be quickly and easily anchored in these standardized fixture points. In this way, the seat is safely secured in the vehicle, even when the child is not in it and does not have to be retained with the 3-point vehicle belt when not in use. .
*All standard vehicles sold in the USA in 2003 or later are required to have a LATCH system. Some vehicles older than this may have the LATCH system. You would need to verify within your own vehicle.
The Hercules booster car seat is designed to meet both the needs of the user and their care givers. It comes standard with a Swivel Function for the seat. No more lifting up and over the side of the booster car seat. The seat turns clockwise (to the right) aligning the open front of the booster seat to the open door of the car. Please Note:For Swivel Function to be used in the manner described, Booster Seat must be placed behind the passenger seat of the car. The Tilting Function of the Hercules tilts the seat up to 10 degrees to provide greater support for users with decreased trunk strength and control. The Hercules Booster Seat has a Depth-Adjustable Seat and a Height-Adjustable Backrest and Head Cushion. 5-Point Positioning Harness with Shoulder Pads and Crotch Pad help secure a well-aligned sitting position.
