Carrie Car Seat meets FMVSS 213 (Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 213). Carrie Car Seat is the same as a Carrie Seat, but without the Tray or Footrest. Carrie Car Seat meets FMVSS 213 without the Footrest. The Carrie Car Seat also meets the Canadian standards (NCSVA #213.3).
