As long as the equipment is returned in new, re-saleable condition, within 30 days of the Return Authorization we will refund your original purchase cost without any re-stock fee!
**For the health and welfare of others, we regret that we cannot allow toileting or bathing/shower product returns because of sanitary and personal hygiene reasons. Some manufacturers will not permit returns on certain products. Due to the custom, hand-made nature of Beds by George products, beds and accessories are not returnable. Please check with Customer Service if you have any questions.
There are certain things you must do in the event of a return.
1) Keep your original carton and packing materials for safe transport! Please carefully repack the items in their original packaging so they are secure and tight inside the box. Utilize any plastic bags that came with your order - they protect items from vibration during shipping.
2) Contact us within 30 days of the receipt of the products. Email us or call us for return instructions and a Return Authorization number.
You must have a Return Authorization number to ensure that your return is processed.
Some important notes about returns:
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. To protect yourself, use a delivery service that has a tracking # and insurance. A refund will not be given on merchandise that is lost by the carrier.
If you paid a shipping fee on your original order for expedited, international or other shipping it is Non-Refundable even upon return of your order.
Please note that returns may go back to a different location than they originated from. If you return an item to our warehouse in New York without a Return Authorization Number the cost we incur to ship the item to the manufacturer's warehouse on your behalf will be deducted from the amount of your credit, if any.
If the item cannot be made re-sellable you have the option of:
1. Paying to have the item delivered back to you. 2. Adjustment to credit for a 25% Disposal Fee.

The Convaid Carrot 3 Booster Seat is a larger version of the Convaid Carrot 3 Child Restraint System that so many families have grown to rely on and trust over the years. This forward-facing Booster Seat has been designed to “pick up where the Carrot 3 Child Restraint left off” and is recommended for individuals who have outgrown the Carrot 3 Child Restraint System. Specifically designed for larger children, teens and small adults with special needs, the seat is 16.5 in. (42cm) wide and comes standard with a 2 in. Backrest Extension. An additional, optional 4 in. Backrest Extension can be purchased separately offering even greater growth potential for backrest height. The booster base, with its low-profile sides, facilitates easy transfers into and out of the booster seat. High density foam inserts create optimal contoured positioning support with maximum comfort for users who do not have sufficient head, trunk, or pelvic stability to hold themselves upright and ride safely in a moving vehicle. The Carrot 3 Booster Seat accommodates users from 79 lbs. to 165 lbs. (36-75 kg) and from 55in. - 69in. (140-175 cm).

The integrated 4-point Positioning H-Harness is used for positioning purposes only! The Carrot 3 Booster Seat was crash tested at a 30 degree recline from vertical. It should not be transported in a moving vehicle past 30 degrees of recline. This System is designed to be Forward Facing ONLY.
Standard Shoulder Protector Wings are width adjustable and give lateral shoulder support and protection. The unique built-in depth adjustable Headrest provides effective positioning support and security for the head and neck and side impact protection. The booster seat also features “Free Angle” Recline, conforming to the vehicles’ seat for up to 180 degrees recline (reclines at any position 90 degrees upright to 180 degrees flat) giving caregiver’s easy access to the user for personal care including clothing and diaper changes. However, the Carrot 3 Booster Seat was crash tested at a 30 degree recline from vertical. It should not be transported in a moving vehicle past 30 degrees of recline.
The Carrot 3 Booster Seat is easy to install and meets the highest industry standards in safety. It is LATCH (Lower Anchors and Tethers) equipped and comes standard with a Top Tether Strap. Most vehicles manufactured after September 1, 2002 are required to have LATCH Systems to secure safety seats. If your car does not have a LATCH System, please call Customer Service at 800-371-2778 to special order required securement straps.
The Carrot 3 Booster Seat also has optional accessories to further customize postural support. The Seat Angle Wedge can raise the front of the booster seat up by 4” to create a 20-degree seat angle tilt. This can help keep the user’s hips back in the seat. An optional X-Large Crash Tested Support Tray designed specifically for the Carrot 3 Booster Seat provides a surface for upper extremity weight bearing and a place for the user to rest their arms. Optional three-dimensional Body Balance Pads (pair) are also available to further customize postural support. All these features, in addition to a 5-year warranty, ensure the Carrot 3 is the ONLY booster seat you will ever need!
