The optional Pommel or Medial Thigh Separator helps position the hips by creating leg separation. It is especially helpful for users who have increased muscle tone in the hip muscles that bring their legs tightly together.

Please Note: The Rodded Seat Depth Extension (small or large) or the Rodded Footrest (small, medium, or large) is required to mount the Pommel. These accessories are sold separately in the Accessories Section.
