As long as the equipment is returned in new, re-saleable condition, within 30 days of the Return Authorization we will refund your original purchase cost without any re-stock fee!
**For the health and welfare of others, we regret that we cannot allow toileting or bathing/shower product returns because of sanitary and personal hygiene reasons. Some manufacturers will not permit returns on certain products. Due to the custom, hand-made nature of Beds by George products, beds and accessories are not returnable. Please check with Customer Service if you have any questions.
There are certain things you must do in the event of a return.
1) Keep your original carton and packing materials for safe transport! Please carefully repack the items in their original packaging so they are secure and tight inside the box. Utilize any plastic bags that came with your order - they protect items from vibration during shipping.
2) Contact us within 30 days of the receipt of the products. Email us or call us for return instructions and a Return Authorization number.
You must have a Return Authorization number to ensure that your return is processed.
Some important notes about returns:
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. To protect yourself, use a delivery service that has a tracking # and insurance. A refund will not be given on merchandise that is lost by the carrier.
If you paid a shipping fee on your original order for expedited, international or other shipping it is Non-Refundable even upon return of your order.
Please note that returns may go back to a different location than they originated from. If you return an item to our warehouse in New York without a Return Authorization Number the cost we incur to ship the item to the manufacturer's warehouse on your behalf will be deducted from the amount of your credit, if any.
If the item cannot be made re-sellable you have the option of:
1. Paying to have the item delivered back to you. 2. Adjustment to credit for a 25% Disposal Fee.

The EasyStand® Zing MPS (Multi-Position Stander) is unique in its ability to transition from supine to upright to prone without removing the user from the stander and without reconfiguration of supports such as changing pads, flipping footplates or moving the tray. A smooth transition is provided from flat-to-load transfer (transfer height is a comfortable 31in. from the floor surface) to supine (stander angled back with postural support behind user), vertical (upright) and 20 degrees prone (stander angled forward with postural support in front of user).
The EasyStand® Zing line of multi and single position standers from Altimate Medical is designed to fit the widest range of children and accommodate positioning challenges few others can. To make ordering easy, Moderate and Maximum Support Packages have been created. The Maximum Support Package provides enough support to allow a child who is fully dependent in holding themselves upright against gravity the opportunity to stand. Standers are available in 2 sizes. Size 1 standers fit children from infancy to 44in. (112cm) and up to 70 lbs. (32 kg). Size 2 standers fit children from 40in.- 60in. (102-152cm) and up to 154 lbs.
Children can benefit greatly from standing in different positions. This is especially true for children who are rapidly progressing and changing on their way to independent standing and walking. Children who at first require significant postural support due to a lack of head and trunk control will benefit most from supine standing. As postural muscles improve in strength and a child can activate the extensor muscle groups responsible for holding themselves up against gravity they can “graduate” to prone standing. This will likely be a gradual process as muscles that are just beginning to gain strength fatigue rapidly. The ability to move from 20 degrees prone to adding in some gravitational assist in a semi-supine standing position when the child fatigues is something that is not possible with any other stander on the market today. Fully vertical or upright standing will support children in the position that will be assumed for independent standing and ambulation.
To be able to accomplish variations in supported standing with a single piece of equipment is ideal. To accomplish this effortlessly, in a single standing session without reconfiguration of supports is revolutionary! A Multi-Position Stander is also invaluable in schools and clinics where multiple children can use the same stander for standing programs or where a stander is being used for trials and evaluations prior to purchase. All components on the Zing MPS are adjustable with the simple turn of a knob or ratchet handle, tool-free! The MPS easily grows with the child and can adapt to changing needs.
The EasyStand® Zing MPS TTis identical to the MPS from a positioning standpoint, but features larger, wider support pads and padded strapping that can simplify transferring and securing children. The EasyStand® Zing Prone Stander is a single position stander. In a prone stander, the user is supported in standing in a forward leaning position. Support surfaces are in front of the user. The Zing Prone Stander is one of the few prone standers on the market today that offers a flat-to-load transfer position at a comfortable height of 32in. Prone position is adjustable from 0-90 degrees.
