As long as the equipment is returned in new, re-saleable condition, within 30 days of the Return Authorization we will refund your original purchase cost without any re-stock fee!
**For the health and welfare of others, we regret that we cannot allow toileting or bathing/shower product returns because of sanitary and personal hygiene reasons. Some manufacturers will not permit returns on certain products. Due to the custom, hand-made nature of Beds by George products, beds and accessories are not returnable. Please check with Customer Service if you have any questions.
There are certain things you must do in the event of a return.
1) Keep your original carton and packing materials for safe transport! Please carefully repack the items in their original packaging so they are secure and tight inside the box. Utilize any plastic bags that came with your order - they protect items from vibration during shipping.
2) Contact us within 30 days of the receipt of the products. Email us or call us for return instructions and a Return Authorization number.
You must have a Return Authorization number to ensure that your return is processed.
Some important notes about returns:
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. To protect yourself, use a delivery service that has a tracking # and insurance. A refund will not be given on merchandise that is lost by the carrier.
If you paid a shipping fee on your original order for expedited, international or other shipping it is Non-Refundable even upon return of your order.
Please note that returns may go back to a different location than they originated from. If you return an item to our warehouse in New York without a Return Authorization Number the cost we incur to ship the item to the manufacturer's warehouse on your behalf will be deducted from the amount of your credit, if any.
If the item cannot be made re-sellable you have the option of:
1. Paying to have the item delivered back to you. 2. Adjustment to credit for a 25% Disposal Fee.

The HeadPod Head Support System is what the creators call "vertical dynamic head support"! The HeadPod Head Support System provides support to the head from above and allows rotational movement of the neck so that the user has better viewing opportunities within his/her environment. The HeadPod was designed to give individuals a "real world" upright visual field if they couldn't achieve this on their own. In addition, the HeadPod helps to decrease fatigue for individuals that expend a great amount of energy on head control.
There are 4 styles to choose from. The Standard and Mini accommodate different head circumference sizes. The Pro Kit is great for use with multiple children by therapists in a school setting. The Max with Headrest Kit can be selected if a chair or stroller doesn't have a headrest or if the headrest needs to be replaced. The philosopy of the HeadPod:
The HeadPod Head Support System comes standard with a variety of mounting options. This makes it a universal head support that can be configured to fit onto most chairs, strollers, wheelchairs, standers, etc. (Occasionally a more creative mount may be required. Please consult your child's therapist(s) to help figure out the best option for your needs.) The initial assembly is simple and so is the day to day putting it on and taking it off.
With adjustments to the Vertical Rubber Strap, you can adjust the amount of assistance that is given to the user. For those that require maximum support, you will want to limit the amount of movement of the head forward, back and tilting. For those that need less support, you can have more slack in the Vertical Rubber Strap to give the user more freedom of movement. And no matter the level of head support required, rotational movement is always available due to the vertical dynamic head support design.
There are many different applications for the HeadPod Head Support System to prevent them from being focused solely on keeping his/her head upright...
