As long as the equipment is returned in new, re-saleable condition, within 30 days of the Return Authorization we will refund your original purchase cost without any re-stock fee!

There are certain things you must do in the event of a return.
1) Keep your original carton and packing materials for safe transport! Please carefully repack the items in their original packaging so they are secure and tight inside the box. Utilize any plastic bags that came with your order - they protect items from vibration during shipping.
2) Contact us within 30 days of the receipt of the products. Email us or call us for return instructions and a Return Authorization number.
You must have a Return Authorization number to ensure that your return is processed.
Some important notes about returns:
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. To protect yourself, use a delivery service that has a tracking # and insurance. A refund will not be given on merchandise that is lost by the carrier.
If you paid a shipping fee on your original order for expedited, international or other shipping it is Non-Refundable even upon return of your order.
Please note that returns may go back to a different location than they originated from. If you return an item to our warehouse in New York without a Return Authorization Number the cost we incur to ship the item to the manufacturer's warehouse on your behalf will be deducted from the amount of your credit, if any.
If the item cannot be made re-sellable you have the option of:
1. Paying to have the item delivered back to you. 2. Adjustment to credit for a 25% Disposal Fee.

The R82 Manatee is a bath chair designed to support the user with special needs in a sitting or supine (lying down on back) position. Reclining Back and Elevating Leg Rest are independently angle adjustable. The Manatee is available in 4 sizes to accommodate young children through small adults. This adaptive bath seat is appropriate for users with mild to complex postural support needs.
The Manatee comes standard with Lateral Support Cushions that are height adjustable and can be used for additional head support or for support along the torso. The Manatee also comes standard with a Hip Belt. Extra Lateral Support Pads and a Torso Belt can also be found in the accessories section.
The Manatee Seat is depth adjustable so that it is able to grow with the user. This extends the life of the bath seat for growing children. Seat Back and Seat Leg Rest angles can be set for optimal comfort of the user and the caregiver. The Seat Back can even be reclined with Leg Rest elevated to allow the user to lay flat for care and washing. The base also allows for a variety of heights from the tub floor to decrease caregiver back strain and promote good body mechanics and overall safety during bathing.
The Manatee also has several optional bases that can be purchased in the accessories section. The Tub Stand raises the height of the bath seat an additional 10.5 in. (26.7 cm) from the tub floor. The height adjustable Rolling Shower Frame is perfect for roll-in showers and the Tub Slider Frame allows the child to be placed in the shower seat in the bedroom then rolled to the bathroom where the mobile frame locks into a bridge allowing the seat to be slid across the bridge and onto the stationary frame that sits within the tub. With the Tub Slider frame the Manatee sits over the tub for showering.
The Manatee Bath Seat surface is made from a comfortable, Latex-free, anti-microbial mesh that is both heavy duty and easy-to-clean. Tension of the seat surface is adjustable for user comfort and to allow a hammock effect for sinking down into the seat. The rust resistant legs contain non-skid padding that will ensure the seat is stable and safe even when wet.
