As long as the equipment is returned in new, re-saleable condition, within 30 days of the Return Authorization we will refund your original purchase cost without any re-stock fee!
**For the health and welfare of others, we regret that we cannot allow toileting or bathing/shower product returns because of sanitary and personal hygiene reasons. Some manufacturers will not permit returns on certain products. Due to the custom, hand-made nature of Beds by George products, beds and accessories are not returnable. Please check with Customer Service if you have any questions.
There are certain things you must do in the event of a return.
1) Keep your original carton and packing materials for safe transport! Please carefully repack the items in their original packaging so they are secure and tight inside the box. Utilize any plastic bags that came with your order - they protect items from vibration during shipping.
2) Contact us within 30 days of the receipt of the products. Email us or call us for return instructions and a Return Authorization number.
You must have a Return Authorization number to ensure that your return is processed.
Some important notes about returns:
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. To protect yourself, use a delivery service that has a tracking # and insurance. A refund will not be given on merchandise that is lost by the carrier.
If you paid a shipping fee on your original order for expedited, international or other shipping it is Non-Refundable even upon return of your order.
Please note that returns may go back to a different location than they originated from. If you return an item to our warehouse in New York without a Return Authorization Number the cost we incur to ship the item to the manufacturer's warehouse on your behalf will be deducted from the amount of your credit, if any.
If the item cannot be made re-sellable you have the option of:
1. Paying to have the item delivered back to you. 2. Adjustment to credit for a 25% Disposal Fee.

The Amtryke 12 in. SMALL (AM-12S) Special Needs Tricycle is designed for young children in Early Intervention Programs. It is a Hand & Foot Tricycle propelled by the movement of both arms and legs. Its fixed drive ensures hands and feet work together. This type of tricycle can be helpful to children who might otherwise have problems completing a full revolution of the foot pedal using leg strength alone. Coasting is not possible with a fixed drive. When limb motion stops, the bike does as well.

The tricycle seat to pedal distance is easily adjusted with quick-turn knobs which allow seat bracket to move closer or further from the front to accommodate a variety of rider sizes. This is a great feature for growing toddlers and for multi-user environments such as therapy clinics and schools. The tricycle’s saddle seat is adjustable up/down and forward/back and has a seat belt with a side release buckle. The simple back is equipped with a chest strap with side release buckle. The AM-12S features a low center of gravity for stability and a maintenance-free belt drive. A safety steering limiter pin offers three graduated steering options: straight, 20 degree turns left/right and free steering. Pedals are self-righting. Footplates feature a heel cup with hook and loop straps at ankle and toe/instep to secure the rider’s feet to the pedals. A loading lock/parking brake on the tricycle ensures the tricycle will not move during transfers. Rear Steering allows for the caregiver to assist with forward motion and steering from behind the tricycle. A FREE HELMET comes with each tricycle, size must be selected.
For children with special needs, tricycles can be a wonderful tool for increasing range of motion, strength and endurance while engaging in reciprocal patterns of movement. For some children it may be a way for them to experience independent upright mobility for the first time.
