As long as the equipment is returned in new, re-saleable condition, within 30 days of the Return Authorization we will refund your original purchase cost without any re-stock fee!
**For the health and welfare of others, we regret that we cannot allow toileting or bathing/shower product returns because of sanitary and personal hygiene reasons. Some manufacturers will not permit returns on certain products. Due to the custom, hand-made nature of Beds by George products, beds and accessories are not returnable. Please check with Customer Service if you have any questions.
There are certain things you must do in the event of a return.
1) Keep your original carton and packing materials for safe transport! Please carefully repack the items in their original packaging so they are secure and tight inside the box. Utilize any plastic bags that came with your order - they protect items from vibration during shipping.
2) Contact us within 30 days of the receipt of the products. Email us or call us for return instructions and a Return Authorization number.
You must have a Return Authorization number to ensure that your return is processed.
Some important notes about returns:
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. To protect yourself, use a delivery service that has a tracking # and insurance. A refund will not be given on merchandise that is lost by the carrier.
If you paid a shipping fee on your original order for expedited, international or other shipping it is Non-Refundable even upon return of your order.
Please note that returns may go back to a different location than they originated from. If you return an item to our warehouse in New York without a Return Authorization Number the cost we incur to ship the item to the manufacturer's warehouse on your behalf will be deducted from the amount of your credit, if any.
If the item cannot be made re-sellable you have the option of:
1. Paying to have the item delivered back to you. 2. Adjustment to credit for a 25% Disposal Fee.

The NEW Leckey Squiggles + Stander adds new, innovative features to the already versatile three-in-one Squiggles Stander designed for children ages 1-5 years. The Squiggles + Stander still offers prone, upright, and supine standing all in one product with a wide range of adjustability for the chest, hip, and knee supports. This adjustability translates into the ability to accommodate one child’s growth or easily allows different configurations in a multiuser environment. The Squiggles + also still offers a light weight but robust stander support frame which can easily be transported or disassembled for storage. The angle ranges are 90-70 degrees for prone and 90-160 degrees for supine.
So, what’s new? The Squiggles+ frame allows Hip Abduction (moving leg to the side, away from midline) up to 30 degrees for each leg with a measurement gauge to monitor and aid repeatability of position. Hip Laterals shift in sync with the legs as they move through the arc of abduction. An improved pivot chassis facilitates horizontal (flat) loading while accommodating hip abduction. The new foot pedal makes it easy to operate the pneumatic angle adjustment from 90 to 160 degrees. A new height-adjustable ergonomically designed push handle makes it easy to move the stander from place to place in the classroom or at home. The handle can be lowered when the stander is used in the prone position. New wrap around Knee Supports are larger and offer greater, more comfortable support to the medial (inside) aspect of the knee. The effective distribution of pressure is especially important when the hip abduction feature is utilized. Individually adjustable footplates easily accommodate a leg length discrepancy.

Introducing standing in a developmentally appropriate time frame is important for all children, even if functional ambulation is not anticipated. An upright posture allows gravity to assist the function of internal organs and systems. By standing, children bear weight through their bones and joints. This helps to shape developing joints such as the hip joint and helps to strengthen bone development. Recent years have seen a growing research interest around the effectiveness of abducted standing in the maintenance of hip joint integrity. Although further research is required, results have led to the recommendation that hip abduction of 15-30 degrees may be beneficial during daily standing programs lasting 60-90 minutes.
