As long as the equipment is returned in new, re-saleable condition, within 30 days of the Return Authorization we will refund your original purchase cost without any re-stock fee!
**For the health and welfare of others, we regret that we cannot allow toileting or bathing/shower product returns because of sanitary and personal hygiene reasons. Some manufacturers will not permit returns on certain products. Due to the custom, hand-made nature of Beds by George products, beds and accessories are not returnable. Please check with Customer Service if you have any questions.
There are certain things you must do in the event of a return.
1) Keep your original carton and packing materials for safe transport! Please carefully repack the items in their original packaging so they are secure and tight inside the box. Utilize any plastic bags that came with your order - they protect items from vibration during shipping.
2) Contact us within 30 days of the receipt of the products. Email us or call us for return instructions and a Return Authorization number.
You must have a Return Authorization number to ensure that your return is processed.
Some important notes about returns:
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. To protect yourself, use a delivery service that has a tracking # and insurance. A refund will not be given on merchandise that is lost by the carrier.
If you paid a shipping fee on your original order for expedited, international or other shipping it is Non-Refundable even upon return of your order.
Please note that returns may go back to a different location than they originated from. If you return an item to our warehouse in New York without a Return Authorization Number the cost we incur to ship the item to the manufacturer's warehouse on your behalf will be deducted from the amount of your credit, if any.
If the item cannot be made re-sellable you have the option of:
1. Paying to have the item delivered back to you. 2. Adjustment to credit for a 25% Disposal Fee.

The R82 Meerkat is a simple upright standing frame with a big difference. It comes standard with an innovative Rocker Base to help develop dynamic postural control! The Rocker Base can be added to the base plate as desired to allow the child to move forwards and back in a rocking motion. It is very easy to mount under the base plate and can be mounted while the child is in the standing frame. The Optional Lateral/Side-to-Side Rocker Base can also be added in Required Step 2. The Meerkat design is straight forward and intuitive, making it user friendly for both the child and the caregiver. Postural support for knees, pelvis and chest are easy to adjust using a ratchet system that offers quick and secure adjustments in small increments without tools. Growth and changes in the user’s ability are easily accommodated because the modular components can be adjusted, added and removed so quickly. This also makes the Meerkat a great piece of equipment for multi-user environments. The Meerkat can be configured to offer support in front of or behind the user (anterior or posterior). It comes in 3 sizes to accommodate very young children with overall height of 27.5 in. (70 cm) to young adults with maximum overall height of 70.75 in. (180cm) and maximum user weight of 198 pounds (90 kg). Users require at least fair head control and developing trunk control as available structural support ends at mid-chest/ just under axilla (armpit) with optional chest support. The low entrance height of the Meerkat ensures safe, easy transfers.
From a therapeutic stand point, the Meerkat effectively bridges the gap between static standers and gait trainers. It is a piece of equipment that can provide functional strengthening strategies for core muscles in a dynamic context. With the lower half of the body well aligned and stable, the child’s upper body freedom of movement is encouraged in the playful manner of rocking. It’s fun to rock! Dynamic core strengthening activities like this are foundational in physical therapy programs. Functional use of the body in upright positions is directly dependent on core stability. To build core strength and endurance children require frequent opportunities to challenge and strengthen the muscles of their trunk. Rocking also provides a soothing sensory experience while offering vestibular input that helps the nervous system to mature and improves a child’s balance and equilibrium reactions.

It has a hook and loop closure and a strap with a side release buckle. Knee Supports are adjustable in width, depth, height and angle. Easy circumferential adjustments can be made with the rachet system. Under the cushion of the knee pad there is a flexible metal stay that can be molded by hand for a snug custom fit.
