Adaptive Star believes no one should be defined by their diagnosis and everyone should have access to adventure. To that end, they have been rethinking wheeled mobility products since 2009. Adaptive Star’s Axiom Pushchair product line is designed for older children, approximately 9 years old through adults with mild to moderate physical limitations. - The Axiom Improv is a jogging style all-terrain pushchair that easily glides through grass, gravel, over curbs, and sand. It comes with the traditional fixed front wheel for outdoor adventures and an optional front swivel wheel kit for superb maneuverability on indoor surfaces. The fully adjustable sun canopy shields from any angle and the sophisticated harness system aids with positioning. It has a weight capacity up to 200 pounds.
- The Axiom Endeavor is a jogging style pushchair with a fixed front wheel. It is perfect for neighborhood walks, 5 mile runs, mountain trails, beaches, family barbeques or theme parks. The Axiom Endeavor does it all while providing positioning and comfort for the passenger. The Endeavor has 2 individually adjustable footwells for passenger growth. It has a weight capacity of up to 250 pounds.
- The Axiom Lassen is a 4-wheeled stroller style pushchair with swivel front wheels and a fixed footrest. Providing families and caregivers the opportunity to go from outdoor excursions to indoor appointments and everything in between. The Axiom Lassen has large 16 in. rear wheels and 2 front swivel wheels. This combination works well for families who don’t need the larger 3 wheeled chair but want the ease and convenience of a multipurpose piece of equipment that can take them to the park as easily as to doctor and therapy appointments. It has a weight capacity up to 250 pounds.
- The Axiom Phoenix is the newest special needs all-terrain, indoor/outdoor 3-wheeled jogging style mobility system in Adaptive Star’s already impressive lineup. The PHOENIX offers a comfortable hammock style seat with a fixed 30-degree tilt. Angled calf support with a fixed footrest allows legs to rest comfortably. Offered in one size, the maximum rider height is approximately 64 in. (163 cm) tall. Maximum weight capacity is 200 lbs. (90.7 kg)
