As long as the equipment is returned in new, re-saleable condition, within 30 days of the Return Authorization we will refund your original purchase cost without any re-stock fee!
**For the health and welfare of others, we regret that we cannot allow toileting or bathing/shower product returns because of sanitary and personal hygiene reasons. Some manufacturers will not permit returns on certain products. Due to the custom, hand-made nature of Beds by George products, beds and accessories are not returnable. Please check with Customer Service if you have any questions.
There are certain things you must do in the event of a return.- Keep your original carton and packing materials for safe transport! Please carefully repack the items in their original packaging so they are secure and tight inside the box. Utilize any plastic bags that came with your order - they protect items from vibration during shipping.
- Contact us within 30 days of the receipt of the products. Email us or call us for return instructions and a Return Authorization number.
You must have a Return Authorization number to ensure that your return is processed.
Some important notes about returns:- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. To protect yourself, use a delivery service that has a tracking # and insurance. A refund will not be given on merchandise that is lost by the carrier.
- If you paid a shipping fee on your original order for expedited, international or other shipping it is Non-Refundable even upon return of your order.
- Please note that returns may go back to a different location than they originated from. If you return an item to our warehouse in New York without a Return Authorization Number the cost we incur to ship the item to the manufacturer's warehouse on your behalf will be deducted from the amount of your credit, if any.
If the item cannot be made re-sellable you have the option of:- Paying to have the item delivered back to you.
- Adjustment to credit for a 25% Disposal Fee.

The Special Tomato MPS when purchased as a Seat Only, includes the Footrest. Built-in Attachment Straps are used to secure the Special Tomato Multi-Positioning Seat to most standard chairs found in the home, community, or school. This makes it perfect for peer interaction, sitting outside on the deck, or dinner at your favorite neighborhood restaurant. When properly installed as a car seat, the MPS conforms to all applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS213 compliant). Please Note: The footrest must be removed when the MPS seat is used as a car seat. This is a simple tool free process.
The Special Tomato MPS can also be purchased with a Mobile Floor Base. Made of wood, this base was designed specifically for the Multi-Positioning Seat and allows for 10 - 25 degrees of Tilt-In-Space to accommodate a range of positioning needs. It is equipped with 4 swivel casters with rear locks for easy maneuvering at home or around the classroom.
The soft, lightweight, and durable modular seat cushions found in the MPS are adjustable within the seat shell (available in 2 sizes) used to maintain their position. This allows the MPS Car Seat to meet each individual's specific needs for support. The Soft-Touch cushion surface is made from a latex-free material that is not only soft to the touch but is tough and durable. Peel and tear resistant, it does not crack. It is an antimicrobial surface impermeable to fluids and is easily cleaned with a common disinfectant.

The Special Tomato Multi-Positioning Seat features Contoured Seat Cushions which are offered in several sizes to ensure a perfect fit. Seat Cushions come complete with the revolutionary Hip-Flex™ Adjustment enabling hip angle adjustment between 15 degrees of hip flexion (bending) and 15 degrees of hip extension (straightening) without reclining the seat back and while maintaining upper body alignment. Caregivers are given control of pelvic position which is the foundation for a well aligned seated posture. An Optional Tray is also angle adjustable.
The Special Tomato Multi-Positioning Seat also accommodates for years of growth for your child. Head, Back and Seat Cushions adhere to the shell using hook and loop technology along a track system. This unique design allows for a high degree of simple adjustability for growth or changing needs for support. There are multiple size options for Headrest, Back and Seat Cushions allowing for increases in seat width and depth by simply replacing a cushion. On average, the MPS will accommodate approximately 6 years of growth by simply upsizing cushions versus the typical replacement of a seating system after 3-4 years.
